1. All guests must submit their registration information at least 24 hours in advance: their full name and surname, as well as their national identification number. For foreigners, their full name and surname, along with their passport number, are required. For foreigners, the only valid document for check-in is a passport. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

2. The hotel's spa services are not included in the room rate; massage room, jacuzzis, and Turkish baths.

3. The hotel's restaurant services are not included in the room rate.

4. Parking is subject to availability; a space is not guaranteed.

5. Without exception, you must check out of the building by 11:00 a.m. If your flight leaves after that time, we will assist you by storing your luggage until 4:00 p.m. at the latest. You may return to collect your luggage and receive it at the reception desk. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REMAIN INSIDE THE BUILDING.

6. All minors, without exception, must be accompanied by their legal guardian(s), or, failing that, must present authenticated permission from their guardian(s) to enter the accommodation.

7. To review requests to change dates for confirmed reservations, the request must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date of the confirmed reservation.
