The base rate in the listing is scheduled for 3 guests so after that accommodation there is an additional charge per night per person in the rate.
Please clearly indicate the number of guests (adults, children, babies AND PETS) in your reservation to obtain the correct rate; Any changes after confirming the reservation must be made directly on the platform by modifying the reservation.
Please note that this apartment only has accommodation for 5 guests, after that amount entry is not allowed without exceptions.

The building has areas such as: Large infinity pool, children's pool, 2 other swimming pools for adults and children, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, Jacuzzis, BBQ, playground (ping pong and billiard pool), independent exit to the beach; near is the ZAZUE shopping centre and beach just 5 minutes away.
Ocean Club Condominium has two swimming pools for adults and children, one of them with a spectacular infinity edge, Jacuzzis in the pool and on the 16th floor with a spectacular view, Sauna and Turkish bath for relaxation, gym and games room, back exit to the beach by the way of the hotel Irotama; the beach is a 5min walk.

1. Only registered persons may enter and use the facilities. Under no circumstances will persons outside the reservation be allowed to enter. Visitors are not allowed to enter.
2. Guests over 7 years old must pay $25,000 COP per person for the delivery of registration bracelets and entry control.
3. It is a very residential resting place, not suitable for parties and social gatherings.
4. The lock is digital so you can enter the apartment independently.
5. The pools and wet areas may be used from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (the two pools are alternated during these times)
6. Pool maintenance is done as follows: TUESDAYS for the small pool and children's pool, WEDNESDAYS for the large pool, so the service of the respective pool will not be available on those days.
7. If your flight is before the apartment check-in time of 3:00pm, you can check in to enter the building from 12:00pm, we will help you store your luggage until you enter the apartment.
8. Without exception, you must check out of the building at 11am, in such case if your flight is after that time we will help you store your luggage until 3:00pm, you can return for your luggage before 3:00pm and receive it at reception. YOU MAY NOT STAY INSIDE THE BUILDING.
9. There is hot water in the establishment.
10. One body towel is provided per guest, beach or pool towels are not provided.
11. 24 hours before arrival, the information of all guests (names and identification document numbers) will be requested to send to the condominium administration and authorize their entry, this information is very important to avoid inconveniences upon arrival; You must present your identification document in order to check in.
12. To consider requests to change the dates of confirmed reservations, the request must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date of the already confirmed reservation.
